The Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act) commenced on 1 July 2009.

The RTI Act previously required agencies to publish details of all valid RTI applications received from 22 February 2013. Changes to the RTI Act from 1 July 2025, have removed the requirement for departments and Ministers to include the name of the applicant and certain application details, and the publication of documents is now discretionary.

From 1 July 2025, the agency’s disclosure log will be updated as information of a wider public interest is released under the Right to Information process. See our contact details below if we can assist you further or if you would like further information about an application that is finalised.

At this time, no documents suitable for inclusion have been requested or released.
