The Land Access Ombudsman (LAO) is bringing their pop-up offices to the Western Downs’ region.
The LAO team will visit Dalby and Chinchilla in February to discuss their FREE dispute resolution services.
Residents can seek FREE, independent advice by making an appointment with a Dispute Resolution officer in Dalby or Chinchilla.
The Dispute Resolution Team provide a trustworthy avenue for resolving disputes between landholders and resource companies over alleged breaches of Conduct and Compensation Agreements and Make Good Agreements.
The community visits are about providing on-the-ground access to dispute resolution services for landholders, resource company employees, professionals, and community members.
The Land Access Ombudsman encourages anyone unsure about a matter to reach out and talk through their situation while the team are visiting.
